I think this bus is available from Dickie in 1:43 but it is a toy, not a high quality diecast model.

Hope this helps, been checking on the net for Schuco or Minichamps models of this bus, maybe they have different type name here in Europe (Tourismo, Tourino or Travego), because I could not found nothing.
