1:43 Minichamps, silver McLaren Mercedes SLR, driven by The Stig, Top Gear Collection
Minichamps has finnaly announced: over the next five weeks we can expect to see the entire 1:43 Top Gear collection released, the most exciting model car for Mercedes Benz collectors will be a silver McLaren Mercedes SLR, as driven by The Stig on the BBC TV show Top Gear.
The SLR model, part of the Minichamps 1:43 Top Gear collection, comes presented in special themed packaging with a standing figure of The Stig. It will be a limited edition of just 2,009 pieces worldwide.
The entire Top Gear Collection includes the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (P436200), the Porsche Carrera GT (P436260), the Ford GT (P438420), the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 (P431030), the Aston Martin DBS (P431376) and the before mentioned McLaren Mercedes SLR (P433300).
The six cars to be released are, in order of lap time:
1. Porsche Carrera GT, 1:19.8
2. Mercedes McLaren SLR, 1:20.9
3. Ford GT, 1:21.9
4. Porsche GT3 RS, 1:22.3
5. Aston Martin DBS, 1:23.9
6. Lamborghini Gallardo, 1:25.8
