1:18 Norev Mercedes Benz 560SEL 560 SEL

This November will be special for all Mercedes W126 class lovers. Norev said they’ll be launching the 1:18 scale model of the legendary W126 S class. This will be a nice addition to the 1:18 W126 SEC Coupe from AUTOart. We can’t wait to see the actual model car from Norev.

Some information about the W126 Mercedes Benz S class:
In 1979, the W126 arrived, replacing the W116 line. The W126 brought much-improved aerodynamics to the S-Class, enlarged yet lighter engines with blocks made of aluminium. Coupé models based on the S-Class were reintroduced (380/500 and later the strongest V8 560 SEC also known as Porsche killer). It also introduced now well-known safety features such as passenger side airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, and traction control. It became the most successful S-Class design ever built and was produced for twelve years, its model cycle extended by the first-ever S-Class mid-cycle update. The W126 cars are known for being build like tanks – solid and quality ! Check the amazing video below :)

    Hi,

    i have the limited edition (gold, only 1400 produced) via modelcarworld.de. They do not have the blue one, but i also saw this item on every Dutch internet site for approx 54 euro and also at modelissimo.de for just 49,95 euro.

    You can find every Mercedes 1:18 on Ebay.de
    560sel, bleu/grey, bleu, gold etc…. or you even can order them by your Mercedes concessionary !
