1:18 MINICHAMPS MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS 2009 `MINICHAMPS CAR COLLECTION` BLACK
MINICHAMPS released MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS 2009 from `MINICHAMPS CAR COLLECTION` in black color, 1/18 scale.
The daytime running lights, which were exclusively available for Audi cars have now become a design element of Mercedes-Benz and put an end to the Audi monopoly. Audi was only one of the first producers that have used the LED technology. For Mercedes, this has nothing to do with copying or things alike. In the future the LED technology will be used for all car types, even for compact cars.
The quadruple eyes front has been obtained. The angled head lights can be seen as the modern interpretation of the predecessor, even if it has some of this Lexus style. The side body increasing “character trim” can be viewed as modern standard that is aligned to the Audi and BMW mainstream. An increasing door sill line does also exist.
Actually really new are the side body splits above the rear wheel arch that seem to be a bit S-Class like, in order to upgrade the E-Class stylistically. The new rear with its large taillights appears to be obstinate and at the same time coherent.
